provided. The townhouse has it's own satellite dish currently aimed for
UK
reception via Sky, Freesat etc. Rent is €375 per calendar month, paid in advance. Deposits are required for breakage and electricity, of €175 & €200 respectively. Water heating and cooking is by gas. Gas and electric are the responsibility of the occupant. Water (on a fair use basis) is provided, as are rates. The townhouse is supplied on a 6 month minimum lease, with anticipated availability, depending on refurbishment progress, from 1 January 2012. |
